Bikes are now so much more than just the traditional push-bike, and Bikelinc accepts many of these new bike types.

So you can add electric and power-assisted bikes, scooters, non-registerable off-road motorbikes, hand cycles, bike trailers, mobility scooters and even unicycles for example.  As long as these have a unique serial number they can be loaded onto Bikelinc.

But it is not a database for any bikes or similar modes of transport which need to be registered with the Dept of Transport.
