If your activation or verification email hasn’t appeared in your Inbox, please check a few things which might explain the delay.
- Please check your junk/spam folders or the ‘Other’ tab in your Inbox as the verification emails sometimes end up there.
- The verification emails can take longer than expected to land in your mailbox, either due to wi-fi speeds or the system slowness of your email provider.
- A computer/device can hold onto old information in its memory (cache). In your Settings, you can clear or refresh your cache which resets any memory held by your computer.
- On occasions, an email server blocks an automated message from reaching your inbox or junk/spam folder.
