To update your contact details such as address, phone number or secondary contact, you can do this by signing into your profile and editing the necessary information.
If you can’t access your Bikelinc profile because your email address has changed and you no longer have access to it, please contact info@bikelinc.com.au to request the update. For security reasons we will ask you additional questions, such as the serial number/s of the bike/s you have, your address and phone number, place of purchase etc.
After verifying your identity we will update your contact email address so you can sign in and amend your other details as required.
