If your activation or verification email hasn’t appeared in your Inbox, please check a few things which might explain the delay.
- Please check your junk/spam folders or the ‘Other’ tab in your Inbox as the verification emails sometimes end up there.
- The verification emails can take longer than expected to land in your mailbox, either due to wi-fi speeds or the system slowness of your email provider.
- A computer/device can hold onto old information in its memory (cache). In your Settings, you can clear or refresh your cache which resets any memory held by your computer. Visit refresh your cache for further details.
- On occasions, an email server blocks an automated message from reaching your inbox or junk/spam folder.
