From 1 July 2021, 2FA (two-factor authentication) will be mandatory when signing into Bikelinc.

When you sign in, a verification code will be sent to the email address used in your profile. Simply enter this code into the verification box and log in.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an industry recommendation for accessing secure websites where personal data is stored, such as online banking or government agencies. Using long passwords is highly recommended and 2FA is an important additional step in protecting your Bikelinc data.

We understand that this additional security step can be seen as an inconvenience by some users, but our priority is with the safety of your personal information, rather than a quicker but less safe signing in process.

Signing in to Bikelinc isn’t something you should have to do very often once your profile has been created and bike details added.  Only when information needs updating should you be required to sign/log in, enter the verification code and this shouldn’t add more than 30 seconds to your sign-in process.
